As its name is quite luring I clicked and opened this site . At that I was not having any handwatch so I searched for handwatches in it . I found one . It was cheap and was looking good but the shipping charges were high . Then also I purchased it at a total cost of 699 including the shipping charges . After about a week it was delivered to my home . I paid them the required money . When I opened the box In which watch was packed I found that it was having a good luck . But when I picked it in my hand I came to know the truth . It was a complete duplicate product . In few days the watch stopped working. I bought Philips trimmer from bookmyoffer.com. But when I received it, It was not on working conditions. When I tried to call customer care number they did not even answer my phone. This is a fraud company, delivering fake products to people. The recharge offers are fake, I ordered but did not receive any recharge card. There are also wrong list of price in there site.
I have read reviews and I have decided that I do not want the the item and cancel it and called up more then 30 times and I wasted money for calling. The call gets cut by its own and after 30 tries someone responded and I have request to cancel my order and refund. I do not need the product as I do not want to waste my money on fake products. kindly cancel the order. They said that deal products can not be cancelled. So I have mailed complaints several times but there is no response. Customer care also are not of use to customers. They are just paid for doing and give nothing. I just want to returned this product and give my money.
They think that they can fool buyers. These idiots don’t know how sell a fake product. No costumer support. Totally fake company. #mouthshut u shud have zero scale for these kind of companies. I would request #mouth shut to have a forum where we can register our complaint and further we can take this matters to customer court. I would humbly request #bookmyoffer(If they have ears and brains) to take a step back and think like successful companies.
