I was booking a ticket on Bookmyshow I made a payment through freecharge wallet. I also got the cashback and money has been deducted from my account. But there was no confirmation mail/sms from bookmyshow.
My movie is at 9 am tomorrow [26/11/17]. If no reply comes from your side, It will be huge wastage of my money as well as my time. I seriously want you to pay me a favor that please resolve my complaint ASAP. I am trying to call your customer support service from last one hour and waiting for 15 min just in the hope that they will pick up my call but there is no response from their side as well. I am really disappointed by the service given by bookmyshow and will think twice, thrice before booking the tickets from bookmyshow next time
