I would like to share my bad experience with bookmyshow.com
They indeed have very pathetic customer support , I have written them so many mails but no positive reponse received till now. They need to refund me sum of 1000 rs. for not successful transaction, but my a/c still got debited with the same
They give all kind of lame excuses that bank takes about a month to return the money and all, all crap
You guys can see the correspondence I had with them but till date I am not able to receive any positive response from them, I hope this review will atleast help others to give an idea about their services

I want to bring into your notice bad service received from your company This started 19th nov. when I called 7-8 times to book tickets by phone and tried booking show online three times, I came to know from your delhi office that your system was not functioning properly and they asked me to keep trying after every 30 mins that I did but eventually they told me that they cannot book the particular seat locked by them cos of system failure, so finally I had to buy ticket online from some other website and there service was very good, in fact I was able to book the same show tickets in no time. But to my surprise while checking my credit card a/c after few days i found that my Credit card a/c has been debited for following three transactions , 19/11/2007 74332747324732329956509 BOOKMYSHOW Rs. 310.00(DR) 19/11/2007 74332747324732329957846 BOOKMYSHOW Rs. 310.00(DR) 19/11/2007 74332747324732329947094 BOOKMYSHOW Rs. 320.00(DR I reported the same to your customer support deptt on 26th nov in delhi, she even promised to send an acknowledgement of my request for refund but nothing has happened till now. Well here I have suggestion and complaint if you are doing business online you should have refund mechanism in place, so the refund can be done in no time, You should have some mechanism to send an acknowlegement receipt of transaction whether successful/unsuccessful Finally I request you to refund my money immediately. and would expect you guys to improve your service, also expect acknowledgement that my complaint was indeed registered for refund on 26th Here are other details which maybe useful for you and I would expect some action now

Hey guys It seems you are not doing enough I cant understand it takes you so long to returm money on online a/c, Kindly arrange to pay through cheque or something cos this is a total failure of your system, we also make softwares for online e-commerce, and they all process refunds in no time. It is just that you are making fool of ordinary people Kindly arrange to pay in cheque if you cant pay online Ill provide you with the details This is my last mail ill register my complaint at https://core.nic.in/ thereafter
