Even I suffered. After booking IPL tickets on 8th April for a match on 14th April, I went through a painful experience of getting the tickets home delivered. The courier guy insisted I come and collect tickets from him about 4 km away from my home, because he had lots of work load. When I did not go, he did not deliver the tickets.
On repeated calling, he told he, I can go can complain to the police and that I dont understand that he has 300 tickets to deliver and not just mine.
