I have booked movie ticket for 13th aug 16, and received confirmation from Bookmyshow via email/sms, but unfortunately cinema had cancelled my show which we have booked.
at that time Bookmyshow support team and cinema manager both are promised about refund within 10 days.
After 7 days we have contacted BMS via chat, and they said "we have discussed with cinema and you are not eligible for the refund because you have seen another movie instead of that movie" which you have booked,
Finally I have decided to publish this complaint against **bookmyshow fraud company**, because they don’t have any refund policy, even they fail to serve you
I have kick **bookmyshow.com fraud site**, there is a really cheap and unqualified support team.
