Due to the covid situation, a stand up comedy show I had booked ( in October 2019) for 3rd May was cancelled.
Inspite of giving them ALL details of my booking and payment confirmations, I’ve yet to receive my refund.
Their website says refund would be given with 10-15 days, but it’s been over 3 weeks and the payment has not yet been credited.
They have even stopped replying to mails!
