I have booked tickets from BMS. I have checked all the offers. On the payment section only 1 offer was showing pay by Vodafone M pesa and get Rs 100 cashback on Rs 300 transaction. So what I did create an account on M pesa on same time and booked ticket. I have paid Rs 300 twice to get cashback. When I called next day to vodafone regarding cashback., They said offer was over on 23rd of April. LOL, I have paid on 25th of April. When I contacted BMS CC they said share the screenshot, Just want to ask how often anyone take screenshot to pay for any order on any website.
We can assume that I am wrong. I am lieing, Then why I choose only M pesa which is less famous. I could by by paytm, freecharge or directly credit card. I select that option only for cashback.
This is the first time I had bad experience with any website.
I will say to catalog team work on the banner.
