I was little afraid after reading some negative reviews online but I still ordered some books from them anyways as they were the only choice for outside India delivery (Canada). I ordered my books on Jan 04 then I was asked after a week to provide more money for shipping as books were heavier than 1 kg weight which is the limit btw for their auto-parcel rate for international delivery.
This was fair as I read this shipping policy before hand (thanks for reviews I read on this site). Then I did not get answer for 10 days straight, their phone was always engaged and they did not reply to emails. Then one day, sales guy pick up the phone and told me that my order will be shipped tomorrow but it did not as I asked them to send me a confirmatory email.
Then I called again several time and finally I got through when same sales guy told me that your order has been shipped today on Jan 31 and I checked I received a confirmatory email. Now, it took them to send my books almost a month but I received them today.
So, take home message is that it will take at least 1-2 month for international deliveries, so be prepared. Please do not put any urgent orders as you might be disappointed and scratch your hair.
