Hi, I think Borosil is a brand of glassware and this is not easy to use due to the new product in market and uable to believe in durability of this product. Cleaning is might be easy, but when branded are available y to go with tnhis. Preethi and other mixer grinders are superb with good style and design. Lot of service support will be there. As this is new product, we didn’t find service support for this and always facing a problem with this mixer grinder.
