I’ve been using many of Bosch’s products and they have never disappointed me. Going by the same experience, I ordered for this washing machine around 6 months ago. And what I find on this date, is nothing but disappointment, sheer disappointment.
In this short span of time that I’ve brought the appliance home, it has already given electric shocks thrice, leaving me scared of using this every time. Anyway, I fixed it through the local electricians as I needed a quick servicing since I really can’t do without it each day.
Again, I see that the spinning wheel keeps on getting stuck each time I try to wash my clothes. Now what do I do? I called the company for service, they did it. Yet again, I’m facing the same issue.
I’m fed up with it. Its supposed to be used daily and here, in spite of having a washing machine at home, I have to depend on the local laundry guy to collect and deliver my clothes every time.
I will never recommend this to anyone around.
