It stopped working after the first three months!

I recently got married and my wife insisted that in our new house we install Bosch chimney to go with our modular kitchen. We went to the nearest Vijay Sales outlet and a purchased a sparkling steel Bosch Chimney.


In the first few months(3 months to be precise) it worked pretty well but in the fourth month it stopped working completely. Initially the smoke took  some time to disappear. In a couple of days, the kitchen was filled with smoke. I called their service centre several times but they kept saying that they will send a technician soon. Its been 5 months and their technician still hasn’t shown up.


We have given up on the chimney. I am planning to uninstall it and sell it was scrap. We had a very bad experience with Bosch. I will never recommend Bosch to anyone.
