Product looks nice including features, but the dealer did not respond properly after the orders placed and making the payment. After the ordering dealer said will be supplied in 2 days. After 3 days I went to the dealer to enquire as I am yet to get the product. He did not recognise me only and explained everything and later he recognised and said sorry will receive product by tomorrow.
Coming to the product, I replaced this chimney with the older one Faber which was 10 years old.
After using this chimney I found out that FABER is better than this. Performance too bad, more noise, less suction power.
