My mom suggested me to bring in a Bosch chimney to be used in our new home in Mumbai. I did some quick research and went ahead to buy it. With all the good reviews on the internet, I was confident of the product quality and durability.
But then came the real surprise and I was appalled to see that it stopped working on one fine morning, all by itself. I have no idea as to what went wrong as nobody has even touched it post installation by the company representatives. Anyway, I called them to complain about their product which was still in the warranty period.
They kept on delaying their visit to my place, giving numerous reasons. I stopped calling them and started looking around for a new one. All of a sudden, they came to my place for servicing and we were not around. So, they went back without even calling us to inform.
Now, how would we come to know they’re going to drop by all of a sudden? This is silly and so not done.
For now, it just lies dead in my kitchen and is the one thing back home that I’m dying to replace.
