The first time, it was unable to dispense water and I just kept waiting for it to work as I had to cook for my house full of guests that evening. And I was there, waiting like a fool.
Anyway, it failed to work and this incident repeated quite a few times and I developed an utter hatred for this appliance.
Coming to the service, you keep calling the helpline numbers and it just stays on hold and finally disconnected. Honestly, Im fed up and would never, ever recommend this to anyone.
