The product is pretty good. Washes reasonably well, doesn’t use much power or water. Our electricity bill has increased by about 200 rupees with daily use. But the Bosch brand dealership and service centre on Kalidasa Road has one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my entire life. We just needed an extension pipe for the outlet as the drain was a bit further. There are 8 people in that store who do absolutely no work. A month and half later, they still didn’t give me a 2 feet plastic pipe. Hopefully, Bosch isn’t paying them a salary. If it’s about to shut down, I hope it’ll be taken over by people interested in doing a little work at least. I mean, you have to be true to your livelihood isn’t it? Just because you are getting money doesn’t mean you will continue to get money for doing no work at all right? Unbelievable.
Sincere advice- buy the dishwasher but buy it online. Don’t go to the store in Kalidasa road, Mysore.
