Ordered SMS66GI01I 12 place free standing dishwasher through Amazon. The machine was delivered within 2 days. However my joy vanished as soon as the delivery boys brought the dishwasher in the house. The whole floor of the drawing room was flooded with leaking water from the mschine as a used dishwasher was supplied. Promptly, Amazon was informed and they even promised to replace it. But eventually, Amazon refused to replace it back tracking on their promise. Now I am forced to return the machine as it is. Unnecessarily I blocked my money and wasted my time and energy. Lesson: don’t order consumer durables online that too during festive sale etc. Never expected such horrible experience from Bosch/Amazon.
