After a lot of contemplation, my husband and me decided it was time to buy a dishwasher since the housework was taking a toll on my health.
We made some inquiry and most of the people recommended we go for Bosch. We had heard a lot about the company and decided we should go with Bosch. The dishwasher had a basic simple design. It worked well for a year and after the completion of one year, it started giving trouble.
There was water clogging and twice it emitted some smoke as well. I called the customer care people several times. The technician arrived after a week fixed the dishwasher and charged, which I though was ridiculous.
After a month again there were some issues with the dishwasher. This time the technician came within two days and resolved the issue. The dishwasher started acting out again in a couple of months.
It has been three months now. The dishwasher is just sitting in the corner occupying space. The technician hasn’t arrived still. I don’t know what to do.
Please help!
