Hi guys my name is caused by Bosch Washing Machine from Amazon.
Unfortunately I had a chance to buy this product twice.
The first order came with defective. There is some problem in sensor, the water kept flowing during the installation.
So I had to return it.
After doing some research I found this one was one of the cheapest washing machine manufactured by a reputae company
So I decided to give your one more chance and other another washing machine.
This time there is no issues in installation.
The installation is going very fine. But after using it 2 months the dram stopped rotating.
I call the service guy and they found that there is a issue in some chip. They told me you have to replace the whole unit. I agree with them and other the parts from the official website.
Still waiting for 10 days. And the parts are yet not come.
I still waiting. 18 days gone and the parts are not available. Service guy
Won’t give any update.
The wrost customer care I have ever seen. After 1 month washing machine still not repaired. No more update for me. I am sick and tired to get the update from Bosch. That’s my story guys.
