The company itself is a fraud. The service department sucks to the core. I recently purchased this 7kg front load machine on 4th of December(which came defected from the dealer) and after calling the executive 5-6 times he turns up after 4 days. Eventually after all the effort the complaint of replacement is processed and we are sitting on 18 December still the machine has not been replaced after having 3 prior commitments and one written official mail from branch manager itself.
Where will a costumer go if this is the status of multinational companies.
It’s pathetic and pityful that these companies chase their marketing Targets but can’t deliver happy costumers.
