One of the base bolt is missing and the machine gives electric shock calld the customer care but no response received as of now washing machine was purchased August 27th still not installation, Bosch customer care has no clue and every time they telling that they have escalated matter but no used still not a single call from Bosch team from installation and demo I don’t know what friends not buy this Bosch front load washing machine it’s very very unhappy and poor service very very unless service
