Bose products are extremely high quality products. If you read my preview ’’General Information’’ : Bose gives far MORE than any other products in each aspect.
Frequency response : Widest possible,
Surround Sound : Genuine..extremely meticulously separated frequencies for main and hind speakers.
THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) : Bare minimum..I dont think any other brands have achieved such low levels.
Signal to noise ratio : again, bare minimum.
It is obvious that such precision will definitely cost loads of money. However, I am not sure if ’’human ear’’ can detect such minute details. If that is so, is it worth spending so much money on it? Of course BOSE certainly is something to FLAUNT, if you HAVE that kind of money.
Also, I for one have never liked the idea of Satellite-sub speaker systems. Sure as far as Bose is concerned, it excells in clarity of music. Sure they are nicely tiny and look beautiful. But Satellite-subs have, so far, NOT succeeded in rendering the kind of BASS reflex that normal large woofer speaker system does. But then it is my choice, I like to feel the full thrust of bass.
