Yuvan stamps his class yet again.

Bose - a film that is to be released soon. The cast has Srikanth and Sneha as the lead pair. The movie is being directed by Senthil Kumar and is being produced by Sri Mahalakshmi Combines. Music score is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Yuvan needs no introduction. He is one of the most popular musicians in this modern era. Being an offspring of the great musician Isaignani Maestro Dr. Illayaraja, Yuvan has music running in his viens. Some of his songs have hit record collections. The most recent being ’’7G Rainbow Colony’’. He is definitely one of the best in the business today and being young he could even topple many records set by his great father. That would take a long time to come. For now, Yuvan is the heartthrob of today’s youth with his effervescent music that makes one and all dance in joy.

Off to the interesting part now... my view of the songs.

Nijamaa, Nijamaa - Kay Kay & Shreya Goshal

A pleasing number moulded with excellent tune and good https://lyrics. The pallavi starts without any BGM and proceeds with a fine beat. The choice of a drum-beat as the BGM suppressing all other instruments during the Charanam is really meticulous. It rips the soul apart. Kay Kay and Shreya lend excellent chemistry with their golden voice to this lovely duet. Shreya has been one of the find in Tamil music industry in this decade.

Its a hot number in the top 10 in the music lists. This song is definitely my favourite number in this album.

Enna Enna Aachu - Devan, Mathangi

A number that is fed for the youth of this genre. This tune reminds of the one that Yuvan had composed for the film ’’Ethiree’’ at some places. The lyrics are suited for the western beat. Mathangi has a nice voice, she reminds me of another singer Anupama (the song ’’Mercury Pookal’’ from film ’’Ratchagan’’). A good voice that could strike high pitch as well as base. Not a bad one, you’ll start liking it more if you hear it a couple of times.

Vaitha Kann - Madhu Balakrishnan, Srivarthini

This is another pleasing number. It can neither be termed as a melody or a fast pacer, but is certainly a pleasing one. The tune combines a bhangra mix with classical and blends it to the liking of all music lovers. Madhu Balakrishnan has a magical voice and he reminds one and all of the great Shri. K. J. Yesudass. Srivarthini has also sung in a pleasing way. The chorus bit does add spice to the song.

Doli Doli - Shalini Singh

Another fastish number in the list. Does not catch the ears as the previous numbers at the first hit. Would rather be a good one, may be after one hears this song for a couple of times. Not a bad number where the music between Pallavi and Charanam with a nice chorus sounds good.

Bommalattam - Karthik, Chitra Sivaraman

This number is a good folk song. A similar song in the film ’’Perazhagan’’ was also a good hit. Karthik and Chitra Sivaraman blend good emotions to the tune.

All in all a good musical album. Wish that the choreography and video also come out well.
