I was very eager to own a Bose music system and went on to buy the Bose wave, attracted by its powerful inbuilt speakers that would cut out the necessity of bulky boxes around the room. The music system developed faults in the warranty period itself.
The clock malfunctioned and most of the CDs were being rejected. It was sent to be repaired to the company workshop twice, after which I demanded that the piece be changed. The companys response was very unco operative and they refused to do so. The system now gathers dust in a corner.
