Too worst Customer Service. No Response and nothng

I bought this product 2 months ago, very first day I have got issue with this, I am getting buffering problem and I contacted customer service. They checked all and accepted that they needs to replace mega tv box. later on they stopped responding properly and if I contacted them they are saying very cleaverly that you will get phone call shortly like that but I never get any call from them. if I contacted them again they will say same story. And by mistake if you contacted someone they will speak rudely or please allow me 24 hrs your problem will solve like that but again you cant get any call from them. if you contacted them again same story repeating always. please don’t buy this product and don’t waste your time also.


Actually, as per company rule once we ordered, if you not happy or satisfied with that product they have to replace, but if I have originally have problem day 1 also they are not resolving or taking any actions. All customer service guys are doing their job just constant reply like "you will get call back soon or will get reply in 24 hours" thats it.


No actions, No response or they don’t care customer satisfaction or they dont listen what customer is saying also.


I spoken with one of customer service person her name is LILLY, if I told her my problem she doesnt have patience to listen what iam saying or speaking sometime rudley and she doesnt care also.


And I spoken with another person he is Mr. Parikshit, he also same he listened all my issues and told sorry sir you will get resonse in 24 hrs from my supervisor like that.But I never get any call from any one if I waited 2 weeks also. I contacted him again and now he is saying same acting and same story.


Still I am suffering with them tv channels not playing always getting buffering. tooooo worst service.


Could you someone help me how I need to take an action against them through consumer forum. my intention is no one not suffer like me or waste time and money in future. thanks in advance.
