Not happy with customer care

Not at all happy with the BossIPTV. From the moment we installed this package (just 2 months back) which is for 5 years(300dollars ), we started having and facing lot many issues with the channels like - the channels getting muted, getting paused, getting stuck for 10 seconds for every minute etc etc ...everytime we need to call customer care where our call will be in waiting list for hours and finally after getting connected to customer care, they will ask to switch channels and says that issue is resolved but it gets repeated again and again ..fed up with this...feeling like lost 300 dollars unnecessarily..


Our sincere advice from our experience- never ever go for this subscription and be a looser of 300$ and also loosing ur mental health conditions
