The restuarant is known for the so called ’Wood fired oven’. As a pizza lover I was forced to check it out.
The initial experience on entering the place was very cold. The staff at the counter gave a veey cold look. It was kind of very repulsive.
The first thing that ticked me off was, we asked for normal water. The lady at the counter said they dont have normal water ! That was insane !
As per the Indian laws, a person can ask for water and the restaurant cannot refuse and cannot charge for the same.
The second turn off was the DELAY !
WOOD fired ovens cook a pizza literally in 1-2 min. And here we were, waiting for almost 20-22 min.
The pizza came finally !
It was the worst pizza of my life. There was nothing really special about it that could justify the price they charged.
We just finished off eating and wanted the bill.
The stupid lady at the counter added up a cookie in our bill which we didnt even ask for !
We had to pay extra because of her fault.
I understand we all are prone to mistakes. She was veey rude about it.
Never going back to that place.
