A very good aspect of the movie is that it started in our very own Goa in India!
Nice to see that nowadays more & more Hollywood movies are giving importance to India.
In fact, Goa was featured in the movie for several minutes. The beaches, markets and a daring car chase and killing of Bourne’s girl friend all happened in Goa!
Story
Jason Bourne is a CIA spy. He was involved in operation Treadstone which involved killing of people as decided by CIA. For some political reason that project was later abandonned. However, in the meantime Bourne lost his memory partly.
He was spending his time with his girl friend Maria in Goa. But, a business magnet in Russia employed a hired person to kill Bourne (as Bourne knew some of his past mischieves, even though he lost the memory). In the car chase, Maria died but Bourne survived.
In the meantime, Bourne’s opponents killed two agents in Berlin and framed the case so that it appeared to CIA that Bourned murdered the agents (even though he was in Goa at that time).
Bourne came to know about this when he was detained by police in Naples and later rescued from there.
Now the thrill begins! One one side CIA is struggling to capture Bourne (some people in CIA are operating with opponents to kill Bourne while the some others are trying to capture him so that entire mystry can be solved). The Russian business magnet is trying to kill Bourne. And Bourne himself trying to find out what everyone is looking for him!
Now incidentally Bourne visists several places and people and somehow retrieved the lost memory where he was involved killing and at the end, not surprisingly, he killed his opponents and everyone became happy.
Making
The making is quite good. The movie featured several places - India, USA, Russia, Germany, Italy, Holland etc.
The thrill was kept alive till the last moment. The movie never became slow at any point.
There were several car chases!
Overal it is a good movie to see (fine watching in Video).
