In recently I had order my food from box 8 and I clearly remember that when I was placing order for my food I had applied it the promo code which is BFree n after that I did the payment through online mode in that offer they had mentioned that if you are applying that promo code after that you will be getting 150 rupees cashback but I don’t know what exactly got wrong with that promocode when the every person came to my home hey look like extremely horror I mean to say that even he was not wearing a Box8 uniform. He in simple t-shirt. And he deliver the product I said ok leave it about that things asking about my cash back I said that I applied at that promocode BFree but I haven’t got any cash from you he said that it will take some time to update in your account I said OK and now it’s got more than 48 hours even I had called in customer care regarding for that customer care person stating that sir within received any promocode from your side just because of that you didn’t got any kind of cash back I said how come. I said how come even the delivery person a confirm that it will take some time to update in your account and now you are stating that something else he said that we have to escalate that issue in our concern team they will response on that but till now I haven’t got any kind of confirmation not even may not even call anything from that site very disappointed with that
