Order # 181370 from the Andheri West outlet.
At 8:20 pm the website doesnt let me select the Andheri W store. Error message "store is open only between 12:01 am and 1:00 am." I dont know what that is supposed to mean. Thats not a typo, it really said only 12:01 am to 1 am.
Kept persisting and finally placed the order on my cellphone. Delivery took an hour. Delivery guy handed me a cloth bag with many boxes in it, didnt seem to be my order so I told him so. He looked confused and took it back and handed me another cloth bag, again with many boxes in it. This didnt look like my order either so he thought for a minute and said that both bags must together be my order. None of the boxes werent labelled so there was no way to figure out what was being delivered. I was shocked enough to ask him whether hes new at the job. Turns out it had been almost a month, clearly you guys dont believe in properly training the people whom the customer actually interacts with.
Anyway, I opened both bags and counted. Check this - the order was only for one main course plus a coke and a chocolate mousse but the order came in two large boxes plus 10 small boxes each with a sauce or gravy or topping of some kind. Thats a total of TWELVE BOXES FOR ONE MEAL. I counted I swear. Is this a joke? I ordered dinner not a lego set. And there was no coke.
They should rename themselves to 12Box.in.
And I assume theres someone else in Andheri east wondering where his order of 12 boxes is.
Worst part - I waited hungry for an hour and didnt even get the right order, from the looks of things. Had to return it and stay hungry.
Went to your website to give feedback but while programming your super slick website you clearly forgot to do basic testing, because your feedback form doesnt work.
Thank god I chose cash on delivery.
