We brought a BPL TV in the year 1990. Till now we have not encountered even a single minor problem with the set. Only one Sound IC changed. All these 16 yrs it is giving us yeomen service. It does not have a Remote and its model is MBN. It has only 8 Channels and now it is in our native village. The design of the tv is very sleek and stunning. Picture clarity is gr8 in this TV. The TV has been put to some mixed usage and is lasting a long time.
That is the reason why we are planning to go for the same brand again.
Hats off to BPL for giving quality products. Since they were not available for some time, we brought Sony and we are planning to change this and go for BPL again. Other TV’s are giving problems and have to be replaced in 5 years. We also have A Fridge, Washing Machine and MIcro wave Oven all fm BPL. Even emergency lamps at home are also fm BPL
