It has been a long time since I have been to the Brahmin’s coffee bar for that 1 plate of Idli-Vada topped with bende(butter). I have been in Bangalore for the last 8 years now and I guess I can say for sure that the best Idli-Vada in the South of India are available in this small 10ft-by-10ft shop on Bull Temple Road.
I am staying on Bannerghatta Road and am yearning for the day when Brahmins’ goes into a franchisee model and opens another branch somewhere near. I for one will be a daily visitor there.
The best part of the bar is that you will get both Idli and Vada only at 6 am in the morning. If you are late then you will have to make do with only Idli.
Bye guys, the more I write this review the stronger is my resolve to go Brahmins. I am going!
