I am a member of Breathe – Masjid Moth. I had taken the membership for a month(as a trial) to upgrade in the annual mode from June 08 to July 07, 2013. I paid Rs. 5, 000/-(cash receipt attached) for one month to upgrade in the annual mode at the package of Rs 26, 000/-(balance 21, 000 to be paid). I got another member, who also joined for a month and we closed the deal for two at 45, 000/- per annum – to be paid at the expiry of the month.
Now, Mr. Aditya Bhatia of Breathe Masjid Moth has taken the deal(45, 000 per annum) off at his own will. Forget that, he did not even offer a new deal. Me and my friend are left in the lurk and have also called Breathe, Masjid Moth umpteen times. We also made a visit on July 15, 2013 at 4pm.
During the personal visit, we were informed that we should pay 5, 000 per month for July and we will be given the final deal at 48, 000/- at the end of the month as members cannot join during this time of the month(most ridiculous thing I have heard so far). When we asked Mr. Aditya Bhatia to give details of Mr Rahul Dev as we would like to speak to him directly. He denied and gave us another shocking news that our monthly membership expired on July 08, 2013 and now we have to take a completely new deal.
We both are really disappointed with the apathy of their staff.
