I’ve used this product for over a year on the recommendation of my dentist. I had pre-gingivitis and with daily use along with proper brushing(I have an Itelisonic electric tooth brush), this product has reversed my badly receding gums. I use this twice a day, morning and night after brushing and tongue scraping.
When I wake up I still have morning breath but the edge is gone. When I use it in the morning before I leave for work, my breath is minty fresh for an hour then it is back to the same bad breath.
This has been awesome for my husband also to use. I dislike most other mouth rinses because they are full of alcohol and other bad stuff(not saying that this is all good) but this stuff works and doesn’t burn his mouth like some of the other rinses. This also works really well. He doesn’t wake up with the awful morning breath like he used to(sorry, honey!). This stuff is awesome!
