Since last three to four months, fast food restaurantBrewbakes has been opened in Jagmohan area of Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha in the southern part of it. I have visited several times, but quite disappointed with it for sure. The following are the reasons why I say so.
1) First of all, on all fast food items, it charges more than the maximum retail price(MRP) as mentioned in the menu stating that value added tax(VAT) and service charges are taken separately and I have experienced it for the first time. Why cant they add everything together and mention the MRP, is a big question.
2) The cash collecting person is not particular which I can claim from my own experience. Once I took a parcel of a Mexican vegetarian sandwich with extra cheese for Rupees 110/- and when I took the same item after four to five days, it was charged Rupees 125, which was quite surprising and when asked, the person could not give a satisfactory answer for sure.
3) Bad Packaging: Once I took a parcel of a Mexican chicken pizza which was packed in a card board box and put vertically within a polythene bag. When I opened it at my home, it was completely mixed to a bunch which became difficult to separate the pieces in it.
4) Loud Music in the Restaurant: When I visited this restaurant, very loud music played in it which was very uncomfortable for me.
As a whole, I do not recommend it to everyone.
