I had a very disappointing experience with BnB. As someone who travels frequently, I relied on them for a demolition and construction project, but the nightmare began immediately. The demolition of just two rooms took 4045 days and was quoted at nearly three times the market price under the guise of fair pricing. The work was outsourced to a third-party contractor who even removed materials from my property without proper explanation.
There were constant changes in staff, zero ownership, poor coordination, and unprofessional conduct including former employees(no longer with BnB) contacting me directly for work. The prolonged and incomplete demolition also caused damage to my sump, water pump, and main gate, all of which I had to repair at my own cost.
After such an experience, I was forced to terminate the contract, yet BnB is still refusing to reimburse the amount I had already paid.
For the sake of your mental peace and financial safety, I strongly recommend staying away from such entities.
