Last year the BrickRed and the Three Pillar managements together in the All Hand Meeting tell us, they had a merger with Three Pillar. It was categorically told that there will not be any impact on our style of doing business and there will be no change in policy or management or technology working. But within one year the company announced, it is an acquisition by Three Pillar. The first result of this acquisition was seen when 80% employees from Business Development Team were made to resign forcefully. All of them were advised to surrender all their laptops and other office material and not to come to office immediately.
Then the senior management and the so called leadership team also resigned one by one.
Now BrickRed and Three Pillar have started selling the project teams. The first project team to be sold will be SFN to Namit Bhatia. The career of all the employees working in this team will be jeopardized. They will now be part of Start-up Company which has no status and no salary increase because BrickRed and Three Pillar are eating away the margins and the profits from Namit Bhatia.
After selling the company, the greedy Brickred and Three Pillar management are now selling their employees to Start-up Company and hampering there career. It is a shame to work in BrickRed and Three Pillar and I am going to resign very soon.
