Yes, as the ad and the website say, it is high on fiber (more than the regular biscuit) and tasty too! And that was a real surprise one does not expect anything good for your body to be tasty as well and we soon realised when we flipped the packet to see the Nutritional Information.

They thus cannot qualify to be "amongst your healthiest bites of the day" as the website/ad suggests. Anyone who is trying to make lifestyle and diet changes, will obviously wish to have less fat intake and more fiber. Not just one of them.
Beware... check out the information, and dont just go by the ads!
There are definitely other products that are tasty with less fat.Purely for hi fiber you would be better off with a fruit, vegetable, or maybe a hi-fiber Marie biscuit!
