I flew on BA a few months ago when I went to Chicago. As far as flights go it was pretty good.
The cabin crew were friendly and polite. I had not pre-booked a veg meal and none were available on economy. They were so understanding they bought meals from Business class/First class and kept checking if the meal was okay and if I was doing okay.
The flight entertainment was great. Lots of recent movies were available to choose from.
The only downside of the flight was leg room, it was very tight, but in economy you can’t expect much.
