Purpose of travel: Took a vacation with my after 4 months of marriage.( Okay it was the Second Honeymoon So ??)
What I liked the most: They upgraded to Business Class ( Round trip...Delhi-London-Zurich-London-Delhi)!!!! My best friend works for their reservation department ;)
Boy it was good to travel in Business class free of cost.
The seats were very comfortable. Food Delicious. Airhostess---don’t remember how they looked, ....Come on I was with my wife for Christ sake.
The experience at the London and Zurich airport was much better than what I experienced at Delhi. Delhi BA counter was a mess, with all the bheed, etc and every body trying to get their boarding pass before others. My friends name was useless with the girl at counter. I get with all the mess the PM’s name would have been useless.
But once we were in plain it was good. I broke a glass by mistake the airhostes promptly cleaned the mess and gave me another glass without a wink on her face. She even offered us another seat that was vacant.
I don’t know how things are when your best friend is not in the Reservation Department of BA, and he has not called every body to take good care of you. Perhaps for that you need to read the other reviews.
