I travelled through BA from Bangalore to Toronto with one hope at Heathrow in London in Feb 2008. I has two choices Jet Airways from Chennai to Toronto non-stop or this. I selected BA because this was the only flight allowing 32 kgs per suitcase weight.
One of my suitcase weighed 33 kgs ( as officer checked ) which I weighed at home and it was around 30/- kg.. he was very stubborn and made me take out some stuff from the suitcase just one 1 kg weight. The staff was very unfriendly at Bangalore Airport. The seats were ok and the food was bad. I was travelling with toddler and his food was also bad. I had ordered Indian Vegetarian.
Flight attendants were also unfriendly. Though the toddler kit they gave to my kid was good to keep him busy for some time. Mostly I would never would like to fly through BA again unless there is no other choice.
