I had the opportunity of flying with this airlines a number of times.Also I had travelled with Lufthansa, Delta, Air-India, Gulf air etc.
If we compare with service, punctuality, etc it can be rated as good and the airlines is doing a good job.
But often leg space is not enough in economy class compared to some other air lines however this may be because of competition for which they may need to have more seats in this class.
I wil recommend this air lines for people flying to U.K.and U.S.A as they have connecting flights at Heathrow with less waiting if one wants to go to New york or Sanfransisco/LA.
However coming to ticket price they should be more competitive as the prices are often high compared to some other air lines & if one really wants to fly with BA it makes a bigger hole in the pocket
