I had booked a deep cleaning service for a 4 bedroom duplex .. they said they would send 5 people by 9.30 am.. but sent only 3 people at 11 am. And one was handicapped ... couldn’t even move..The staff was extremely unprofessional, untrained, unskilled with absolutely no knowledge about cleaning. I and my husband had to show them how to clean. and they started talking amongst each other ..They had agreed to clean lofts , wardrobes, lights, fans, but none of it was even touched. No stains were removed. And they didn’t even bring basic cleaning materials. They used harpic and some cheap phenyl .. we use better things for basic cleaning purpose. Not at all professional...They picked up an old piece of cloth that our painters had thrown in the bin and used that to clean the entire house and glass windows and tiles which only made it worse. It was not even basic cleaning. Total waste of money . I had to get my entire house cleaned again the next day.. ordered best cleaning products online and got it cleaned myself . It’s way more cheaper and more clean the house looks..
