I had been a regular visitor of this place since the time it opened. Earlier , staff was polite and courteous, service was also good but now it’s going down in connection with customer service.
New staff is very impolite.
I had gone along with my daughter , almost all the tables were reserved. When I sat on unreserved table, service guy came and said “this table is also reserved.” On asking what time you are expecting the guest, he said 8 p.m , although it was just 6: 20 p.m at that point of time.The way that guy spoke was harsh and impolite, I asked him to send the manager, manager did come but did nothing.
By then, my mood was already spoiled, so we left the place.
I fail to understand why they reserve tables from 2 hours before. Secondly , if they are reserving all the tables, they should put “reserved board”on entrance.
It is highly unprofessional and impolite for the customers.I would appreciate if they improve their customer service and keep some well trained polite staff.
