I brought this printer because of this compact size but it facing me many problem.For two months it working good but after two months I faced paper printing stuck .Slower speed of printing and after sometimes it stops working and sometime it doesn’t printing paper only blank paper comes out from it .I dislike its paper handling capacity.It is not a user friendly product a printing knowledge person can only handle this .For this kind of problem I call its customer service but they charge much money for its repair .It’s customer service very rare and poor .so I don’t recommended any one to buy this type product instead of this we can look forward for Hp and samsung printer.
