I’m a BSNL user for more than 4 years and get irritated with the service provided by BSNL the signal strength is poor and no signal in most of the rural areas now a days and some times for a complete day its showing full signals but no outgoing incoming and no messages telling call failed call failed. and the messages is awkward sometimes when you send message today it will reach tomorrow. and coming to customer care executives they dont know even about the information related to callertunes etc etc. If they don’t know about anything they did not accept its their mistake they start to argue that there is no such service and always said it can be done but it cannot be done even you visit the local service center after contacting plenty of calls to customer care service executive. Finally i’m out of BSNL happily with other networks.
