I am using bsnl network from past 5 years. Bsnl donot compromise any lags at network so no need of worry with signal stength of bsnl since it is a govt based network. Internet connection is very fast for browsing, buffering youtube videos. They provide higher range of plans for data pack offers. So it is better if they provide good offers in order to increase more and more customers . Also they should improve customer care service since they take long time for connection or disconnection. If you want an uninterrupted network 24*7 go for bsnl but for some higher prices because quality pays high
