Horrible And Worst Customer Service

I’m from Coimbatore I took a 2 new 3G activations BSNL Data Card.

  • I’ve hunt high and down and out how to check the parity and legitimacy on my new 3G prepaid information service. I’d affection to know asap.

  • The woman sitting on 1503(when I call from an area line it goes to her specifically) said she had no data on 3G(postpaid, paid ahead of time or information) and has an inconsiderate, horrendous and awkward mentality.

She was the special case who was extremely discourteous so far.This happened on Dec 4-3-2015. While client care more than 1503 on my cellphone was an extremely proficient answer in spite of the fact that they dint discover a solution for my above question, they passed on it affably and declined graciously.


So whoever arrived please I’d at least expect proficient and respectful treatment if not more. I don’t need to take somebody tempers and fits of rage when I go for some backing or help in regards to their administration.
