I use Bsnl jst because it is roamoing free and I tend to travel every now and then, so its pretty useful in this aspect, bt otherwise it sucks.
I am here in Noida since a month or so, Bt Bsnl is jst too bad in NCR region. People can’t make call to me and I cant make call to them. Internet also dont work.I am having #g pack bt most of the time It wrks 2g only.Sometimes, it even wrks on 1G.Inspite of Edge and HSDPA it works on GPRS.
What I like abt BSNL is its free roaming service, it provides to its operator.Its really very useful for a person like me.Bt there is more than jst free roaming, which is required by us users, and in this aspect BSNL really sucks.I dont have any billing dispute from Bsnl, only problem they have is netwrk problem.
