Bsnl is providing pretty good data plans now a days and its providing about 1 gb data in 103 rupees that is quite good, I think that after jio its services are the best no problem in network easy minutes plan of 69/125 provided added benefits to call in any state this is a major advantage.
I would personally recommend using bsnl services and I am a proud customer since 6 years.
