Worst service

I use Bsnl sim since last 7 years.my experience about bsnl services are very poor.main problem starts with activation of bsnl services.many times even after doing activation recharge bsnl service was not activate.


some times there is no network coverage.in rainy season most of times there is network problem.


Even after activation of 3G pack it doesn’t give such speed as you expected. Another bad thing is they charges extra charges.there packages are more expensive.bsnl required 57 recharge to every month otherwise you cant make calls from your sim.customer service are worst.if you call customer care he told that all customer executive are busy.


so if you have any complaints and want to solve with customer care support it will time consuming and lot of waste of time.
